Service Description

Includes a health history interview and treatment. This comprehensive session may include Japanese or Chinese Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Craniosacral Therapy, Bodywork, Nutrition, and Holistic Health Coaching. Please allow an additional 15 minutes for new patient intake. Appointment Time: 90 minutes

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Payment Policy A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. "No Shows" will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Your insurance company will not cover these fees. Payment and Co-pays are due at the time of service. Insurance benefits are not a guarantee of payment. Any denial of payment by the insurance company becomes the patient’s responsibility. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
